Article 1 - Identification and definitions

Mr. Jérémy, whose contact details are jeremy.brisson2009@gmail.com, is the Publisher and owner of the rights to the online service accessible from the domain name  , which has been reserved since  February 8, 2022.

The publication director of the Site is Mr. Jérémy Brisson.

Consultation of the Site is subject to the unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Use.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these at any time without notification. The Publisher also reserves the right to exercise any recourse, in the event of violation of the present.

For the purposes hereof, the Visitor is designated as any natural person who does not have an online account; the Subscriber designates any natural person registered on the Site after entering a personal data form.

Article 2- Acceptance

Access to and use of the Site and the services offered therein are subject to compliance with these general conditions of use.

Any access to the Site and/or use of the Site implies acceptance and compliance with all the terms of these conditions and their unconditional acceptance. They constitute a contract between the Publisher of the Site and the Internet user who accesses the Site with or without having registered beforehand and with or without having created an account on the Site.

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the use of the Site by the Visitor.

The publisher of the Site reserves the right to change the Site and these General Conditions of Use at any time, or to supplement them with new additional contractual conditions. This is why Visitors are advised to regularly consult the General Conditions of Use, in order to refer to the latest version in force. Any access or use of the Site subsequent to a modification of these General Conditions of Use implies acceptance and compliance with all the terms of the modified General Conditions of Use and their unconditional acceptance.

In the event that the Visitor does not wish to accept all or part of these general conditions, he must immediately renounce all use of the Site.

Article 3 - Liability

The Subscriber uses his online space under his sole responsibility. The Subscriber guarantees the Publisher that he is the only one to access the data stored in his online space.

The Subscriber has the obligation to preserve the confidentiality of his username and password. The Publisher assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by fraudulent use of the Subscriber's online space.

The Subscriber agrees to immediately notify the Publisher of any unauthorized use of his account. Any lost password will be reset by the Publisher at the Subscriber's request. An access code to the Site will be sent to the Subscriber on his email address.  The Publisher reserves the right not to grant improper requests for password changes made by the Subscriber.

Article 4 - Availability of the site

The Site is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

The Publisher reserves the right to develop, modify or suspend, without notice, access to the Site for maintenance reasons or for any other legitimate reason. The Publisher may, without notice or compensation, suspend access to the Site, in the event of illicit or fraudulent use of the Subscriber's account.

The unavailability of the Site does not entitle the Subscriber to any compensation.

In case of unavailability of the Site, the Subscriber is informed by any appropriate means and in particular by displaying it on the home page of the Publisher's site or by e-mail.

Article 5 - All rights reserved

The right to reproduce in part or in full is PROHIBITED. The fraudster(s) who copy the site may have legal action.

NO reproduction can be ACCEPTED.
